Multiple award-winning Ghanaian gospel songstress, Empress Gifty, has explained that cheating is a part of marriage and any married person should prepare for it.
According to her, if you accept that cheating is part of marriage, it will help you forgive your spouse when it happens.
She said, “Don’t think your husband or your wife is Holy Ghost or Angel.”
While speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, Empress Gift, the Gospel music artiste, said, “cheating was there a long time ago; even the Bible recorded incidents of cheating.”
She admitted that cheating is part of marriage will help you avoid shock and disappointment, as she further explained her points. Marriage is a long journey, and one will make mistakes along the way. Therefore cheating is one of the deadly mistakes that will surely pop up.
And this is the reason she said cheating is part of marriage to make every couple aware of the danger ahead. “Know that your spouse is human, and he can cheat on you. Accepting this will help you forgive him or her and move on when it happens,” she added.
