Additionally, the rapper and singer spent 8 months creating the album, and he also enlisted the aid of some of his well-known buddies. Young Thug, Future, and Lil Uzi Vert are just a few rappers with whom YNW Melly “spent hours securing collabs,” according to TMZ.
He even collaborated with sound engineers to make “Just A Matter Of Slime” a reality. Before his 2019 arrest, YNW Melly had already finished writing his lyrics for the record, and YNW Melly intended to release the record in some capacity.
On August 12, he made a couple more phone calls to advertise his record. Many fans believed the rapper had been released after hearing about his album’s promotion. However, YNW Melly is still in jail.
YNW Melly is still required to serve time even though she produced an album. As previously noted, in February 2019, YNW Melly was detained and accused of two charges of murder. Prosecutors request the death penalty for both YNW Melly and YNW Bortlen defendants.
